This policy describes how ZeroFlare LLC handles personal information collected through this website. A penetration test or assessment is governed by its own agreement. If that agreement says something different about project data, the agreement applies to that work.
Who we are
ZeroFlare LLC operates this website. Our offices are at M7, Abdulla Bin Thani St, Doha, Qatar, and Rue de la République, 13002 Marseille, France.
Questions about this policy: hello@0flare.com.
People in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom can also complain to their supervisory authority. People in Qatar may have rights under Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy.
What this policy covers
It covers the public website: the pages you read, and the consultation form if you use it. It does not describe processing that happens only inside a paid engagement.
Information we collect
If you write to us or use the form, we receive the details you submit: name, work email, company, role, the service you are asking about, and your message.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection data, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. The consultation form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes a token and connection data to tell human submissions from automated ones. This site does not embed third-party analytics or advertising.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are steps prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use the form to build a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, unless a contract starts, in which case the contract sets the retention, or unless we have to keep a record for a legal claim. Cloudflare keeps connection logs under its own schedule for the service we use.
Who we share it with
We share inquiry details with the people at ZeroFlare LLC who answer new work. The message is delivered by email to hello@0flare.com through Cloudflare Email Routing. We do not sell personal information.
Cloudflare may process that delivery, and Turnstile checks, in the United States and other countries where it operates. Where the GDPR requires a transfer tool, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Where the law gives them, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to a supervisory authority.
Send requests to hello@0flare.com. We may need to confirm you are the person the information is about.
Children
The site is aimed at organizations, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes in a material way, we update the date on this page. If a change affects an inquiry you have already sent, and the law requires it, we will tell you directly.
