Terms

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms are between you and ZeroFlare LLC and cover use of this website. They are not a statement of work. A penetration test or assessment happens only under a separate agreement that names the scope, the fee, and the rules of engagement.

Who may use the site

You may use the site to read about the firm and to ask for a conversation. You may not use it to request access to a system you do not own or are not authorized to have tested. Asking us to break into someone else’s environment is not a service we offer, and sending that request does not create one.

No engagement by itself

Submitting the form, or emailing us, does not create a contract and does not authorize any testing. We will say so explicitly if we accept work.

The content

The pages are general information. They are not a guarantee about a future test, and they are not legal, compliance, or insurance advice.

Intellectual property

The site content, the ZeroFlare name, and the logo belong to ZeroFlare LLC or its licensors. You may not copy the logo or present the text as your own. You may link to public pages.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to non-public parts of it, or use it to send malware or unlawful content. Security research against this website is welcome only under the responsible disclosure policy.

Liability

The website is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, ZeroFlare LLC is not liable for loss arising only from the use of these informational pages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of that version.
